Our Leadership Team

Esteban Neely
Esteban develops corporate vision and strategic direction, manages business development efforts, and oversees top-line management functions of the organization he founded in 1993. He established key alliances with leaders in the enterprise software industry and has built a reputation for unparalleled quality and impeccable customer references. Prior to starting eVerge Group, Esteban spent eight years with Integral Systems, a payroll and human resources software solutions company, where he was the in-country manager for Singapore. Esteban earned a bachelor’s degree in information services from Golden State University.
Mike Burns
VP and COO
Mike is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of consulting services to our clients, organizational development of the CRM and ERP practices, and actively participating in business development in conjunction with the eVerge sales team. Mike earned an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University. His background includes more than 20 years of business experience in a variety of industries and roles, including international product manager for Proctor & Gamble prior to joining eVerge Group in 1998.
Chris Heilig
As a technology and delivery executive with deep implementation experience, Chris is responsible for defining the vision for eVerge Group’s technology services, identifying and communicating technology trends affecting clients’ businesses, and shaping the strategy for eVerge Group’s emerging services and offerings. Chris brings 18 years of IT experience, including extensive background in CRM, and holds degrees in MIS and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
Rhianna Albert
Practice Director, Service Cloud
Rhianna runs the Service Cloud practice and is responsible for growing the practice, supporting business development efforts, creating innovative offerings and engaging in key delivery efforts. Her blog, social presence and speaking engagements focus on guiding customers to transform and modernize current business processes through the use of best practices, best in breed technology and almost two decades of call center and technology experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University – NY.
Steve Chamberlin
Practice Director, Business Intelligence
Steve leads the business intelligence (BI) team ensuring successful delivery for clients and operational consistency of solutions. He helps clients make smart, forward-thinking investments resulting in clear, measurable results and advancement up the BI maturity model. Steve’s background includes more than 24 years of IT experience, including 15 years of BI and data warehouse experience across all leadership and technical BI lifecycle roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from National University.
Shay Sanders
VP, CX Cloud Services
Shay is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of cloud-based consulting services. He joined eVerge Group in 2000 and brings more than 18 years of consulting and practice management experience. He has managed and delivered many complex enterprise-level programs, and through his work has developed extensive expertise in cloud-based CRM products, cloud architecture, and best practices for efficient cloud deployment models. Shay earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.
Pam Thoni
Director, HCM Cloud Practice
Pam is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of consulting services for our clients in our HCM Practice. Her responsibilities include the successful delivery of new implementations, support services, profitability, and strategic planning. Pam has been with eVerge since 2015 and has over 20 years of experience managing complex, global HRIS implementations.

Bob Moser
Senior Director, HCM Cloud Practice
Bob provides strategic guidance to existing customers and solutions consulting to organizations that are moving to transform their existing HCM environment. He brings over 25 years of technical, functional and business process implementation experience in Human Resources and is responsible for aligning sales and delivery efforts to ensure value-added partnerships are developed. Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Steve Rossigno
VP, Business Transformation & Strategy
Steve is responsible for aligning sales and delivery efforts to ensure value-added partnerships are developed and maintained within strategic accounts. He brings more than 10 years of technical and functional consulting experience, having successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries. He brings technical, functional and business expertise together for our projects to ensure successful delivery and satisfied clients. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Mayank Srivastava
Principal Architect, Salesforce Practice
Mayank is our Principal Salesforce Architect who is assisting in accelerating our Salesforce practice. He has 28+ Salesforce Certifications and extensive experience in building solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Einstein Analytics, Community Cloud, Mulesoft and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Technical Architect. Mayank has over 10 years of Salesforce experience and has successfully delivered 12+ large scale Salesforce enterprise digital transformation projects for user bases ranging from 500-15K. Many of these were heavily focused on Lightning Experience. Mayank has also been named a Salesforce MVP for three years in a row (since 2017) for critical contributions to the Salesforce Community. Some examples of these contributions include creating and sharing valuable content through blogs, being a brand advocate for Salesforce, running active Developer Groups and User Groups, responding to posts on #askforce, and answering questions in the Trailblazer and Developer communities.

Crystal Fernandez
Director, eVerge Live
Crystal is responsible for driving Support Services for eVerge Group as the Director of eVerge LIVE. She comes to eVerge Group with 20 Years in HCM, Hospitality, and Entertainment experience with a focus in Account & Support Management. Crystal has over nine years of experience in and with Cloud Applications and has supported and driven more than 100 implementations in that time frame. She has managed and worked in the National and Global business space and brings a strong understanding of relationship management. She attended California State University Fullerton for Human Resources Management and earned a degree in Broadcasting and Communications from ARBT.

Jim Sibley
Executive Director, Delivery
Jim is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of consulting services for our clients in our CRM Practice. His responsibilities include operations, profitability, strategy and delivery enablement for our customers. He insures delivery methodologies and client communications during our client engagements are executed effectively and timely. Jim has been with eVerge for 15 years and has over 25 years of experience deploying information systems and automation across multiple industries.
