CRM and BI Solutions

eVerge Group has developed considerable expertise in implementing CRM Case Management Call Center solutions to support government programs such as child support, social security, workers comp and welfare. These solutions have also encompassed the development of web portals and analytics (OBIEE) capabilities. Specific implementations include:

  • State Benefit Programs – This solution provides Call Center functionality and a common front-end for support staff handling customer service requests, balance inquiries and similar activities regarding their state administered benefits programs.
  • Child Support – This Siebel Public Sector solution for Case Management to provide a new platform, functionality, processes and a simpler front-office experience. The solution also enables web portals for the small state and local offices (Siebel Partner Portal) and both custodial and non-custodial parents and their employers (Siebel eService). Siebel OBIEE / Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) Analytics can be deployed as part of this effort to enable visibility into overall performance for the call center.
  • Social Security – eVerge Group implemented a Siebel Call Center solution, including CTI and web integration, to support the US Treasury's program that provides prepaid debit cards, rather than checks, to millions of benefit recipients.
