PrecisionFit® Process

eVerge Group offers a rapid, comprehensive approach to implementing or upgrading your Oracle applications. With over 16 years of fine tuning, the PrecisionFit® Process leverages industry-standard Unified Process, but tailors it by incorporating extensive implementation experience and finely honed intellectual capital. PrecisionFit's unique focus on Active User Involvement, Iterative Prototyping, knowledge transfer, and change management ensures that eVerge Group solutions deliver value time and again.


Iterative prototyping

Iterative prototyping is the process of developing working prototypes of the solution based on initial requirements. Early prototype iterations are developed and presented to users for feedback, ensuring that the solution is on target. These prototypes allow for early user involvement via formal review sessions. Feedback is gathered and reflected in subsequent prototypes and review sessions. This process continues until no further modifications are deemed necessary.

The eVerge Group PrecisionFit® Process is based upon three guiding principles:
