Esteban NeelyPresident
As President of eVerge Group, Esteban Neely develops corporate vision and strategic direction, manages business development efforts, and oversees top-line management functions of the organization he founded in 1993. Under Mr. Neely's direction, the company has established key alliances with leaders in the packaged enterprise software industry, such as PeopleSoft and Siebel, and has built a reputation for unparalleled quality and impeccable customer references.
Prior to starting eVerge Group, Mr. Neely spent eight years with Integral Systems, a payroll and human resources software solutions company, where he was the in-country manager for Singapore. Mr. Neely holds a bachelor's degree in Information Services from Golden State University.
John BeallExecutive Vice President/CFO
As Executive Vice President for eVerge Group, John Beall is responsible for the overall management of the delivery of the company's consulting services. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the financial and human resource activities for the company, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, and tax compliance. Prior to joining eVerge Group in 2001, Mr. Beall served as the Vice President and CFO for Carter & Sons Freightways. Mr. Beall's background includes over 20 years of experience in operations, accounting, management, financial analysis and auditing. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mike BurnsVice President/COO
As Vice President of Operations for eVerge Group, Mike Burns is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of consulting services to our clients, organizational development of the CRM and ERP practices, and actively participating in business development in conjunction with the eVerge sales team. Mr. Burns holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. His background includes over 20 years of business experience in a variety of industries and roles, including International Product Manager for Proctor & Gamble prior to joining eVerge Group in 1998. Mr. Burns has played an integral role in the formation and successful growth of the CRM practice over the last five years, establishing eVerge Group as a premier organization in the industry.
Neve KayneVice President – Master Data Management
Neve Kayne leads the Master Data Management practice at eVerge group. Ms. Kayne is responsible for overseeing the delivery of service offerings to clients, developing growth strategies for the practice, and supporting business development and sales. She has 15 years of experience that includes leading enterprise-scale information management programs with data governance, data quality, and master data management capabilities, as well as hands-on expertise in architecting end-to-end master data management solutions. Ms. Kayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Aaron Stutsman Vice President – Business Intelligence
As Vice President of Business Intelligence for eVerge Group, Aaron Stutsman is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of consulting services to our clients, organizational development of the BI practice, and actively participating in business development in conjunction with the eVerge sales team. Mr. Stutsman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Texas A&M University. His background includes over 10 years of business experience in a variety of industries and roles, including managing multiple successful BI implementations in both a project management and technical role. Mr. Stutsman has played an integral role in the formation and successful growth of the BI practice over the last five years, establishing eVerge Group as a premier organization in the industry.
Martha ThompsonDirector of ERP Services
Martha Thompson leads the Enterprise Resource Planning practice at eVerge Group. Ms. Thompson is responsible for overseeing the delivery of service offerings to clients, developing growth strategies for the practice, and supporting business development and sales. She has over 20 years of Information Technology experience that includes engagement and project management of PeopleSoft projects as well as hands-on consulting experience leveraging her background in public accounting. Ms. Thompson is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
Ajay PandeyVice President – CRM Practice
As Vice President of CRM Practice and Head of Global Delivery, Mr. Pandey is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of CRM consulting services and developing the strategy, market, and support initiatives across all practices in India. Mr. Pandey brings over 15 years of consulting, program, and practice management experience and has managed and delivered many complex Siebel programs with impeccable customer satisfaction record. Mr. Pandey holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Master in Business Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
John PeketzVice President – Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Peketz is responsible for developing strategic and tactical programs focused on increasing the awareness of eVerge Group among software partners and potential clients. Mr. Peketz brings over 20 years of marketing expertise from the telecommunications industry and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.
Chris HeiligChief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer for eVerge Group, Mr. Heilig is responsible for ensuring that the company is aligned with Oracle’s technology acquisitions and advancements and that eVerge Group consultants are adequately trained to provide the highest level of consulting across all practice areas. Mr. Heilig also provides active leadership in the development and adoption of Oracle’s Fusion HCM and CRM applications. Mr. Heilig brings 12 years of IT experience, including extensive background in CRM, and holds degrees in MIS and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma..

RossignoVice President – Strategic Consulting
As Vice President of Strategic Consulting for eVerge Group, Mr. Rossigno is responsible for aligning sales and delivery efforts to ensure value-added partnerships are developed and maintained within strategic accounts. Mr. Rossigno brings over 10 years of technical and functional consulting experience, having successfully managed multiple projects in a variety of industries. Mr. Rossigno has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Vasu JagadeesanVice President – Global Operations
As Vice President – Global Delivery, Vasu Jagadeesan leads eVerge Group's offshore operations delivery, optimizing onsite, onsite-remote and offshore resources to provide our customers with a compelling value proposition that is consistent with eVerge Group's reputation for delivering high quality solutions. Vasu is an experienced IT consulting industry veteran with 20+ years of global experience working for leading companies in North America and India - including Siebel, Oracle Consulting and other technology companies in leadership positions. Prior to joining eVerge Group, Vasu worked with Oracle North America's offshore consulting division - Global Solutions Delivery in Bangalore, India and was responsible for building and driving the CRM and EPM BI practices. He holds a B.S. degree in mathematics and computer Science from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
Vasu resides permanently in Bangalore, but does have a presence in the U.S. working directly with customers.
