Job
Description:
As a qualified candidate for our Senior Siebel CRM Consultant
position, you will have strong functional and technical experience
with multiple implementations of Siebel CRM.
You will be responsible for design, development, documentation,
testing and support. You will also play an integral part in defining
the client’s operational and strategic objectives and measuring
the results against well defined project goals. You will work closely
with the client to understand and manage their expectations and
communicating regularly with eVerge leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
A major role in a complete Siebel implementation or upgrade.
Experience with a majority of the following:
- Project scoping and planning
- Requirements analysis and identification (Business and Technical)
- Siebel Tools
- Siebel Workflow
- Siebel Administration
- EIM
- EAI
- Siebel Upgrade Experience
- Testing, Validation, Tuning, Deployment
- End-User Education and Support
