Job Description:

As a qualified candidate for our PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead/Senior Consultant position, you will have strong functional experience with multiple implementations of PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor. The following additional PeopleSoft modules are a plus: Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, and/or eApplications.

You will be responsible for implementation planning, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, implementation design and configuration, testing, training and support. You will also play an integral part in defining the client’s operational and strategic objectives and measuring the results against project goals. You will work closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations and communicating regularly with eVerge engagement managers.

Estimated 75% - 100% travel (typically 4 days a week at the client site and 1 day at home). Location is negotiable, as long as you have access to a major airport; however Dallas or a major Texas city is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft HCM suite of applications, version 8.9 or higher
  • Extensive functional knowledge and multiple hands-on implementation experience with both PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor
  • Any of the following PeopleSoft modules a plus: Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition/Candidate Gateway, and/or any of the eApps
  • PeopleSoft reporting tools, such as PeopleSoft nVision, Crystal Reports and/or SQRs
  • Previous consulting and team lead experience, including project planning, documentation and mentoring other team members
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to gain consensus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Public Sector and/or K-12 PeopleSoft experience a strong plus, but not required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
